About You

We are looking for Senior/Staff level Product Managers who are ambitious and are motivated to build and ship impactful products. You would be leading the design, implementation and production of some of the most impactful systems in the insurance industry.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience, position can be tailored to your experience
  • Identify, qualify and satisfy business and customers needs
  • Produce effective and high quality documentation and samples
  • Strong communicator who can Interact with stakeholders to ship
  • Perform market research and assess competition
  • Adapt to be highly impactful in all situations
  • Know AI and ML technical concepts and can understand data
  • Work with Head of Product and founders to build the future of the company

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Define and drive alignment on product strategy and roadmaps
  • Manage the planning and execution throughout the product life cycle
  • Constantly measure the success through quantitative and qualitative measures
  • Establish the product vision and strategy for your product value streams
  • Prioritize and protect roadmap
  • Take ownership for the success of the product, be scrappy, make hard decisions, Wear different hats when necessary

Compensation & benefits

We offer a competitive base salary for the roles and it will be determined along with the amount of equity through the interview process, as well as your exact roles and responsibilities.
